Hey there, I'm Melanie!

From Cubicle Life to Calling: My Story

For over 20 years, I was the girl climbing the corporate ladder, all suited up and ready to conquer the world. I was exhausted from long hours, emotionally numb from office politics, and stuck in a cubicle that never fit who I really was.

And then Boom! I was laid off.

During that season, I started career coaching—helping others create resumes, prep for interviews and land jobs.

I learned how to market my business online and had some success but completely hated helping people get into corporate America. I knew what they were in for and it made me physically ill.

And then one day, I showed my Christian life coach an online strategy I’d created — she used it to make $9,800 in one month.

That was my A-HA moment.

I had business coached my life coach!

I realized I didn’t want to help women get back into corporate. I wanted to help them get out—and create financial freedom, earn the income they deserve, and make an impact with their calling.

So I leaned into what I knew: digital marketing, online courses, and helping people shine.

And I built what I now call...The Online Business Bee. A proven foundation to launch and grow an online business with purpose and peace.I get to serve women with purpose and freedom.
